Audrey is the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Eucolait, the EU dairy trading association, where she covers EU agri and food policy, trade barriers and regulatory developments affecting the dairy supply chain. A French lawyer specialized in agriculture, food safety and sustainability, she previously worked for France’s agricultural cooperatives. Having grown up on a dairy farm in north western France, she has always been driven by the ambition to stay in the sector.
