A manager with many years of experience, a technical background, and the soul of an innovator.

A graduate of the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at AGH University of Science and Technology and the MBA program at the Krakow School of Business, Cracow University of Economics, as well as postgraduate studies in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies at the University of Cambridge.

She has advised national governments, private institutions, and the public sector in numerous countries – including Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and India – on the functioning and implementation of emissions trading systems, as well as global climate change policies. She supported the implementation of the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) for the largest energy groups in Poland (power sector), as well as in the chemicals (chemical and petrochemical), mining, and metallurgical industries, along with smaller enterprises.

She is also a specialist in the development of SEAPs (Sustainable Energy Action Plans), low-emission economy strategies, and the preparation of local-level action plans for major cities in Poland and globally.

She has developed greenhouse gas emission inventories and energy consumption analyses, as well as studies on emission reduction and energy efficiency potential, for UNIDO (a UN agency) and the European Commission under the BRIGAID project.

Currently, she is a Partner in the ESG, Climate Change and Biodiversity division.
