Agricultural policy and EU affairs professional with more than 20 years of experience working across the Lithuanian Ministry of Agriculture, the Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels and international advisory assignments.

Professional background combines policy, diplomacy and management experience, including positions as Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Director of EU Affairs and International Relations and representation of Lithuania within the EU institutional framework in Brussels, as well as EU High-Level Adviser on Agri-Food Sector Development in Moldova. Alongside CAP and EU institutional work, also been actively involved in international trade, economic diplomacy and market access issues related to the agri-food sector, including bilateral and multilateral cooperation, export promotion and representation of national interests in EU and international frameworks.
