Packages include full board, participation in lectures, and accompanying events.

1. Space is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting a properly completed and signed registration form constitutes a contract between First Communications Sp. z o. o. and the entity declaring participation in the Forum (the Applicant).
2. PAYMENT METHOD: Transfer to the account of the Organizer: First Communications Sp. z o. o., Credit Agricole Bank Polska SA. PL 63 1940 1210 0103 7738 0010 0000 – with a note Participation in the 23rd MFSM. The Organizer will accept your application for participation in the Forum provided that payment is made within 7 days of receiving the proforma invoice.
