He specializes in issues affecting both dairy producers and access to international markets. At the German Dairy Industry Association (Milchindustrie-Verband eV | MIV), he is responsible for producer affairs, logistics, and trade policy. At MIV's sister organization, the Export Union for Dairy Products (EXU), he also handles export-related issues, including veterinary certification and animal disease.
He is also a board member of the German Export Association for Food and Agriproducts e. V. (GEFA), where he represents export interests beyond the dairy sector. Before joining MIV, he worked as a market analyst at the German Dairy Market Monitoring Agency (Zentrale Milchmarkt-Berichterstattung | ZMB).
It is strongly committed to open markets and close cooperation within the dairy supply chain, which are key foundations for a competitive, resilient and cohesive sector within the EU single market.
