Has been involved in banking for 22 years. He has been responsible, among other things, for developing relationships with key clients, managing business teams, and shaping sector policies in the Food & Agri and TSL sectors. He gained experience at Rabobank Group (in Poland and the Netherlands), Santander, and BNP Paribas. In his previous role, he was responsible for sector policy, sustainable transformation, and the development of Food & Agri banking across BNP Paribas Group banks in the CEE region and Turkey. He is currently responsible for sustainable transformation, decarbonization, and biodiversity restoration, including the implementation of nature-based solutions.
