He is the author or co-author of hundreds of market analyses, publications, commentaries, strategic materials, and expert opinions on the economics of food production and processing, with a particular focus on the dairy industry. Currently, at the Bank, he leads projects related to sustainable transformation, decarbonization, and biodiversity restoration, incorporating nature-based solutions, including initiatives in regenerative agriculture.
