President of the Management Board of Mlekpol Dairy Cooperative – one of the largest dairy companies in Europe and a key exporter of Polish dairy products, including the Łaciate brand, which is present on six continents. Vice President of the Polish Chamber of Milk. Recipient of the “Manager of the Year” award, he has been actively contributing to the development of the dairy sector for many years while strengthening the position of Polish dairy products in international markets. He graduated from the Faculty of Food Technology and Human Nutrition at the Agricultural and Technical Academy in Olsztyn. Throughout his entire professional career, he has been associated with Mlekpol. His many years of management experience – first at one of Mlekpol's production facilities and later at the head of the entire Cooperative – combined with his extensive knowledge of the entire “from farm to table” supply chain, have become the foundation of his modern approach to the company's development and to building Mlekpol's competitive advantage in both domestic and international markets.
