Benoît Rouyer has been involved in the dairy sector for 30 years. Since 2009, he has worked at CNIEL (French Inter-Industry Dairy Organisation), where he currently serves as Director of Economic Analysis and Forecasting. Previously, he was responsible for the dairy sector at UBIFRANCE (French Office for Foreign Trade).
Benoît Rouyer is a specialist in dairy business strategy. He monitors the development of the global dairy industry daily, tracking financial performance, investments, external development activities, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. The findings from these analyses are used in publications by CNIEL and the International Dairy Federation.
Benoît holds a Master's degree in Agriculture from the National Institute of Agriculture in Rennes and an MBA from the University of Paris.
